Returns + Exchanges



We hope to bring you style and comfort on everything you order from Sixth Sense but if something isn’t quite right, you have 14 days to return or to exchange (to the same item in a different colour or size). For hygiene reasons pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty. All sale items are final sale and not eligible for a return. All items purchased with a promotional code are also a final sale and not eligible for a return. Sixth Sense does not honour price adjustments. A copy of your receipt or proof of purchase must also be included with the return.

How to return or exchange

  • On the returns note, fill in the return code for the garment you are returning and if applicable, the new size or colour that you would like in exchange. Include this in the package.
  • We’ll give you a full refund (or difference, if any, in the case of exchanges) by the same method you used to pay, and we ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.
  •  Please note that responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches Sixth Sense.
  • You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending it back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.



Goods returned in a worn or washed condition, and/or without hangtags attached fall outside the return policy guidelines – a refund will not be issued. Sixth Sense reserves the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the policy outlined above. Any returns that are not authorized will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
